My winning over a million dollars

He called me from phone number. (876) 395 -8753) informing me that I was a winner of one and a half million dollars from Publishers Clearing House. Asked if married and telling me I needed a Visa debit card to send in $500.00 to process the transaction,saying that the money I needed to send him was to cover transaction costs because the money was tax free . I told him that I didn't have that kind of money and that if I'd won anything that there wouldn't be any money needed from me! At that point he said something insulting and hung up on me! I knew it was a scam right away since I'd never entered your sweepstakes in my name!  Just thought I needed to tell you about this!! HAVE A GREAT DAY!
