constant phone calls at all hours of the day

I assume these people are trying to collect a debt that I do not owe.  It is for interest on a debt long ago paid and documented.  How do I get these calls to stop?  The number calling is 866-664-5020.

    They keep calling me looking for my brother, the first few times I was nice about it, Now they call once a week... He has NEVER lived with me. Im in S.C. he's in Texas!!

    Lady asked for a person whose name I did not know or ever heard of.  I told her no one here by that name and she said, kinda nasty sounding, please put him on the phone.  I asked who she was, said it wasn't any of my business so I politely said..your are not nice, goodby and I hung up.  Looked up the number and it is a debt company in Minnesota.
