I bought Samsung split AC on 28/04/09 , which makes it still under warranty period but the AC just stopped working and I complained about it to Samsung customer care number-180030008282 on 31st March and have been calling since then at least 10 times a day everyday.
Surprisingly enough every time i get a reply saying someone will contact you in one hour and we will attend to it on priority basis but NO ONE has called till now. I  am working and even took two days off just so i could get my AC repaired because the person sitting at customer care said "surely ma'am your problem will be solved within 24 hrs".
I am still waiting for someone to at least call me back or send someone to repair it this nothing but harassment and i am disgusted with their services.

    I bought a samsung a/c during Apr 08. On 30 Mar 2010 I've made a complaint at 044-22560091 for servicing of my a/c. After repeated request one engineer visited my residence on 5 Apr 2010 and told that this is gas problem and we'll send technician from Alfa Regrigeration 044-42719739 Mr. Murugan and one Rep. Mr. Balaji (9884016936) at Chennai on 6 Apr 2010. No one is ready to listen our problem.

    Still they're replying that technician will rectify your problem on tomorrow.

    For the last 8 days we're suffering. Now I realise why I'bought samsung. Even a local mechanic would've heard with much sympathy. Worst response from your customer care.

    I PURCHASED A 1TON AC IN THE MONTH OF MAY2010. AFTER FEW DAYS IT STOPS WORKING .i HAVE MADE ACOMPLAINT AT DELHI CUSTOMER CARE. BUT EVEN AFTER FEW WEEKS NO ONE HAS CAME FOR ANY ASSISTANCE. REALLY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. IWILL NEVER PURCHASE A SAMSUNG ITEM IN MY LIFE.PLEASE ASSIST.

    I think Samsung AC problems are omni present.
    i brought a ac on 07/04/2010
    presently the compressor has gone off...................in just 2 months.
    and the company is just offering to replace the compressor and not the whole unit.
    why because the ac is 2 months old.
    anyways i guess there isn't going to be any resolution to my problems and i am contemplating selling off the ac as 2'nd hand
    Moral of the story "DONT EVER BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS"
