False Product Description & Terrible Quality Product

These people are CHEATS. They advertised the duvet as MICROSUEDE. The actual fabric is THIN, SHINY POLYESTER.
The product was LAUGHABLE QUALITY - the Buttons DID NOT FIT THROUGH THE BUTTON HOLES! Not one button fit!
Customer Service "Allison" kept writing that the manufacturer's description was wrong, not their responsibility! (dont they have a buyer that accepts or rejects products, like the rest of the world?). CS never acknowledged the BAD QUALITY & BUTTON FIASCO...
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
