Foriegn man called, asked for me by my name and said he was from Homeland Security and they have been watching my broadband speed on my internet for the past few days. I told him to go Eff off and hung up.  They called me an hour later and asked for a name sounding similar to mine but not me. I hung up. A new scam in town!
