Hey everyone. GRC Vita Power is the same company as Proactive. Do not order anything from either of these companies. They hook you with a product you think you need (you don't-ask any dermatologist) and then charge your credit card for unwanted charges

They have a long history of on-line complaints of continuing to ship and bill for product after consumers attempt to cancel, and refusing refunds on returned unwanted product.  Complaints report they use "trial offers" to get consumer account information, then ignore cancellations to continue charging for unwanted product.

Complaints are consistent with patterns for "health product" charge cramming scams.

They have numerous BBB reports under various product names.  Here are some:

Dispute fraudulent charges through your bank, and have them close the account or block the card number due to fraud, as these scams keep taking money as long as they have information on an active account.

Promises to refund, or "investigate", cannot be relied on, and may be attempts to delay your bank dispute and keep your money.  FRB Reg. E and FCBA give you 60 days from the statement date of the statement showing disputed charges to file a dispute with your bank, within which your bank can reverse the charges and yank back the money.  Scam companies know this, and try to string you along with excuses to run out this 60 day dispute window, knowing that it doesn't pay to sue over these small amounts.

Yeah, they caught me on the 60-day window also. Ended up paying over
$60 for product I didn't want. They are also associated with "In An Instant" beauty products. IAA canceled my subscription when I asked, but GRC Vita Power did not. I am returning most recent shipment. We'll see if they refund. There's no reason it should take four weeks to remove from credit statement. Do not do business with this company!!!!

    OMG, I'm not only one.
I called them 3 months ago and told them that don't send anything and charge.  the agent said they are not gonna do it again.
I just check my bank statement and they did it again.
    I'm so sick and tired.
I have to call the company again.  it is so ridiculus.
