I did not Authorize anyone to buy Google Play whatever

I have an Iphone I didn't even use Google Play stuff, I use Itunes. And my bank account was hit with over 200 dollars in google play. You guys need to investigate this and make it right. Im hoping none of my living expenses that come out or the one check to my father bounces.....  yes i have already contacted my bank, still takes 10 days to get the money back on their end.
