Very low speed with Airtel 4G Dongle connection inspite of buying the 10G smart byte package

Utterly disgusted with Airtel Customer Support.
April 8th - Noticed very low uplink/downlink speed. Call up customer support. Was told that I consumed my 10G quota for the billing cycle (cycle starts every 28th of the month) !! I am sure I did not, but any case, was asked to buy additional 10G quota. I did and speed improved considerably. Very next day same issue. This time was told by customer support that there is some technical problem and I was given a new 10GB quota and old quota was waived. Barely used it for a couple of hours to check office mails. One day later same issue again. Surprise Surprise.. Bindu and an incompetent customer support staff tell me that I have used all the 30GB quota in 2 days and can't help me.
Rush to airtel store and they say there is again a technical issue and cannot help me. They cannot see my data usage and so cannot help me, but can only put in a complaint.
Now I am stuck with no internet connectivity and missed an important day at work.
Matter not yet resolved. Utterly disgusted with airtel and it's customer support staff.

    I Rajesh Kumar Singla, my airtel Dongle 4g LTE 9779060527.
    I have Purchase Dongle on 24nd Dec. 2013. They asked me will active in
    two days.  

    I have given all my proof and documents. It was not started. The Airtel Executive (illetrate) (daffer) who has come not filled my form properly written address mail its etc. incorrectly. I have given all proper papers.
    My net started on 31st. Dec. 2014. choosed 450/-
    I have not got get any bill till date .
    When i called to Custmer care for bill.  the address - telephone no. / mail id all are updated wrong. I dont know how they duffer people opoint in Airtel.
    My bill start from 23th Dec. where my dongle worked on 31 dec. 2013. I updated my mail address to customer care. They asked me waveoff 5 days extra bill.  My net is working getting 2-3 signal. My 3GB is used i purchased extra magic bytes.
    I changed my Plan 10GB unlimited in next month. After that my AIRTEL LTE goes slowley n Slowely I complaint may time Because of Speed i cant used my 10GB only used 4 GB where my avg. 6GB going waste. I m not getting speed of 4G. Many times i Complaint and complaint. Than I asked to Disconnected my connection becouse i am not getting speed. i have to download 1-2 mb files in 10 mints. they asked me deposit 1500/- and I asked to CC to cut my connection. Also I visited Outlet in Chandigarh  they asked to wait for improvment of signels and net speed.
    Again I complaint CC .. Exsetive Engineer Visit many times. At Last they asked in my Area there is Techniqual Proplem, They Can not Resolve.  Also I Rs. 1500/- bill. They dont disconted my connection.  
    - I Purchsed 4G.. Still i have not get service of 4G till date.
    - The Fake Commentment from your Engineers and Executive  waste my time and money.
    - Its Techniqual problem from your side why i bear all things
    - Still till date i havenot got any call / any bill.
    - I never got any call and Bill form your side
    - If 4G is not avialable in my area. why you given me and waste my money time. also harrassing me.
    - My dongle cost is waste.
    in June i Got call for Bill. I got called from AIRTEL IT park Chandigarh we will closed all thing Be like genuine Citizen I asked to closed my chapeter. They asked me Pay 1800/- Ful and FInal payment also get back my dongle. I pay my payment 1800/- . Still i got call from department pending payment.
    I have receipt and writted full and final payment.
    Also they take back my dongle back.  

    I like to used 4G high speed. But day one i am not 4G service, I got Fake commentment from your Aitel Employees. My area were i live Have Technical and Single promble, Why they sale me Dongle because of target. They waste my money.

    ... I was with AIRTEL from Last 10 year. Stil i don know Fake and Bad Service becouse of Stupied Employees
