Unauthorized payment

This company has been taking money off my debit card for months now and the only way I caught it was because my kids have been playing fortnite and they linked my credit card to get their game skins and whatnot and I started looking I don't even know how the heck I even got signed up with these people I attempted to email them a few times but still I have gotten no response.
