ripping and holes in clothing

Apparently whirlpool is well aware of this problem, it is very fustrating. When you spend hours of your time between phone calls and repair schedules and  repair personnel that clearly cannot fix this type of defect. I I have gotten  brick walls  and several hundred dollars of ruined clothing. We have did every suggestion and feel very foolish because the defect is in the product.If anyone is interested in a class action suit please continue to post because I am going to look into it. I will be posting on several other websites as well because   consumers should be compensated for a defective  product and the manufacturer  will not own up to it. If there are enough complaints, and I beleive there are a lot of consumers out there  having the same problem, then we can have the opportunity to have this investigated outside the compny's perimeters.
