I tried to change my air flights while on out of the countrry and contacted the compsny my flights were thru but the perosn on the line could not understand that I was being chaarge $10.00 per miniute and could not give hime things like my phone number to call me back if I gought cut off.  Net result I repbooked my flight costing me $170 in a phone call still did not know if I had a flight

    My booking number is 14777546, On May 11,th my wife had an accident here at home.  She sustained
    a broken humerus. She is not medically cleared for travel.  she needs to be under doctors care for
    approximately eight weeks. I have tried to contact some at your office and have not able to speak to anyone  regarding our problem. I am hoping that we can reschedule our trip to spain at a later date.
    Please informed my what is the solution. Thank you for your help!!
