An extended vehicle warranty telemarketer company from Belleview, Michigan calls and states that my warranty is about to expire. They will not stop calling. I have asked over a dozen times and they continue. I have spoken to operator representatives and have been hung up on. Have also used their automated system that says will remove from list but does not. it has been over 4 months now. also 269 768 2269 same telemarketer

Her: "It looks like your vehicle warranty has expired and we just called you to help you get up dated with that... THIS IS YOUR FINAL NOTICE (creating urgency). Please have your VIN number ready and I will go ahead a transfer you to a sales agent."
Me: "Who did you say you were?"
Her: "I told you ...(yadayada)....".
Me: Well, this is sort of awkward you calling me asking me to get some information ready to give to you, and I have no idea who you guys are.
Her: Well, it's really not awkward, because I'm not asking you to give me any personal information. Really, anyone can get your VIN#.
Me: Well, I'm not familiar with your company.
With an attitude, she goes: Ma'am, I already told you -....
Me: Well, how did you get my number?
Her: We get numbers of people who either have a warranty that is going to expire, or don't currently have a warranty... Now if you just go get your VIN# ready...
Me: But from what company did you get my number from? (She didn't want to answer that)
Her: Listen if you don't want a warranty, then that's fine. Bye.
She hangs up. The number is unknown.
That sounded so suspect, but I don't know how to report that.
You know, the next thing they would have asked me for is my SS#.
