As well merits by the grounds herein before mentioned, I do firmly complaint against these unknown and unsolicited harassment, noise, intimidation, reprisals, nuisance, shackles and defame threat, organized willingly committed without stop by Jose A Loachim Pila Munur, Isabel Cristina Velasquez Muquinche, Doniela Teresa Loachim Pila, Munur Atuklu and other unknown “x”.
At the address 267 Southwark Park Road, Bermondsey, London, SE16 3TP, the Flat 3, 3rd floor, started again on Friday 02-01-2015 from 7 pm until 2 am and again Saturday 03-01-2015 from 11 am to 5 pm and again from 6:30 pm to 10 pm and still on going,, and was again on Sunday 20 December (12) 2014 from around 8 pm until up to 2:30 am and the day after on Monday 21-12-2014 from 9 am to 11 am, and again Monday 05-01-15 from 7 pm to 9:15 pm and still on going increasing very too much exaggerating continue to commit these disturbances and nuisances, exaggerating willingly committed, which are aggressive noisy nuisances and disturbances, with anti-social behaviour, such as racist insult intimidation threat, and as obstructing the entrance hall with several different trolleys, and as trampling, running, making ball to rebound unceasingly and beating heavily with shoes and wheel the floor on 3rd floor flat 3, either on same place either running and trampling through all 1 bed room flat 3, either with minimum two adult persons either more than and these unceasingly or either by intermittent as artful trick and evidence of willingly organized disturbances and nuisances threats, and as manipulating the fire alarm of level 3rd floor and the fire alarm inside flat 3, 3rd floor willingly making its siren sound and leaving its siren sounding long time before too much exaggerating noisily trampling feet against the floor to simulate rushing to reach that fire alarm and brutally beating it with again exaggerating noise and disturbance until willingly stop it, then after a few minutes like 15mn or less or more, did committed the same perturbed behaviour of anti-social nuisance and disturbance again and again until the last one around 2:30 am.
Then these perturbed people started to commit the same anti-social behaviour again from 9 am and again and again up to 11 am, when they simulated to moved outdoor with too much exaggerating noise and disturbance of trampling feet running against the floor both, inside their flat 3 and inside common staircases area with shooting and howling voice and racist insult. Then one of them stay inside flat 3 coming back from down stairs and, the others went outdoor until 1:30 pm, when coming back with same very too much exaggerating noise and disturbance and voices shooting and howling racist insult threats talk.
Before started these fire alarm willingly nuisance and disturbance on Sunday 28-12-2014 these perturbed people where very too much exaggerating committing willingly nuisance and disturbance of beating loudly and trampling feet brutally against floor flat 3, 3rd floor unceasingly with interval of few seconds continually from 8pm until 10 pm, when now started with fire alarm nuisance and disturbance.
As well again committed same anti-social behaviour on Friday 02-01-2015 from 7 pm up to 2:00 am.
Since some of them moved outdoor around 11pm, these perturbed people stopped their willingly nuisance shackles and disturbance committed with fire alarm of kind of disabled or took out its battery and so then putting it back to stop it. But the very loud sounded siren is kind of fire alert alarm without stop, and not the disrupted siren of low battery.Thus another disturbance and nuisance time these perturbed people make it sound on that low battery alert too.
There are no real reason neither any rights to commit such anti-social behaviour, as well to abuse with fire alarm security and these exaggerating nuisance and disturbance committed willingly as provoke, defame and shackles threats constitutes crimes done already with madness attitude and motive by discrimination, hate and racism.
The neighbouring of any next door houses are witness and victim of these nuisances and disturbance committed willingly by perturbed people of flat 3 267 Southwark Park Road Bermondsey London SE16 3TP, in particular the Ann Lack Chinese Take Away next to the house. Thus after postponed a while since few days ago, the willingly obstruction of way in entrance hall ground floor with their belongings as few different trolleys, these perturbed people of flat 3, 3rd floor started again since Thursday 25-12-2014, that nuisance, shackle and disturbance willingly; repeating it insidiously each time after requested them to stop it.
Noticing that even themselves can not pass through the entrance hall when they came using the shopping cart where even it can seen themselves anger and dispute against themselves in sake of who among them will remove that trolley obstructing the way on hall entance.
(There are several other threats, nuisance and disturbance include obstruction of way in hall entrance, racist and hate insult and ruin of privacy and home enjoyment which these perturbed people are committing still and since long time ago, thus since few time ago, they carefully commit it within postponing timing and artful. And these perturbed people commit and are involved in crimes until burglary.)
