I received a call from B R Interviewing (609-921-0827) at 8:46 PM on a Thursday night. I answered "Hello", no one talked so I said "Hello" again, then a male voice said "Hello" so I said, "Yes, may I help you?" and the male said "I called to ask your opinion, but that is not how you answer the phone, so have a nice day" and he hung up on me.
So, I would like to give B R Interviewing my opinion. Learn how your phone system works and properly train your employees. Teach them to be a polite and not [***]. I realize this may be difficult for you since your web page pretty much describes the type of people running this organization. http://www.brinterviewing.com/
