I applied for a personal loan with RNF lending house no October 22, 2007 and was told by Carolanne Spencer to wired $990 to pay for the loan expenses.  I never received my so-called loan.  I have contacted the police department, better business bureau of maine and attorney general office of main and all they had to say: "I was scammed".  Money Gram called me before the released the money to Simon Williams and he lived in Ontario, Canada.  I want justice!

"Advance fee" loan scam.  This operation operates under a wide range of names, and perpetrates several varieties of scam, including claiming to be with "IRS", "Social Security", etc.  I talleyed up at least $28K of consumer losses from reports I could find on-line and connect to the same operation.

Be sure to also file a complaint with the FTC.  Names are probably aliases.  Include all names used, and in particular all phone numbers used including FAX numbers or anything that appeared on caller id, since they operate under multiple names to hide their level of activity, but often use the same phone numbers.

    Typical "Advance fee" loan scam.

Since "creditloan.com" is allegedly in the Tampa FL area, file a complaint with the Florida AG.

On June 7, 2007, creditloan.com notified the FBI that we had become aware of an advance loan fee scam across the country using our trademarked and registered domain name (Creditloan.com and Logo) that was providing a toll-free number (1-888-690-9887) for consumers to call, and subsequent fraud to be perpetuated.
