The Instaflex do help my fingers BUT the pills give me terrible heart burn. I have tried eating when I take them but that does not help. Also I did not order the pills. After the sample, you chose to send them to me without contacting me first. There is also NO invoice or any other paper with the pills. Seems like a poor way of doing business. Where do I find the validation code? I will put all the numbers so I am sure to get it.

If a company continues to charge you for unordered products after you have cancelled, you can dispute their unauthorized charges through your bank.  If they are making unauthorized charges, you would also be wise to close the account or block the card number due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.

Such disputes would be under FRB Reg. E for checking accounts, and FCBA for credit cards, and you should make sure you have sent a written dispute or fraud affidavit to your bank's dispute address from your statement within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges to invoke your federal dispute rights.  Your bank can reverse fraudulent or unauthorized charges, if you dispute them timely.

Do not delay past the 60 day dispute window due, even if you have received refund promises, or you may find you have no effective recourse should the refund not be forthcoming.
