Great Customer Service - Thank you ZBsports.

ZBsports helped me so much.  I placed an order with ZBsports about a two weeks ago for some sandals that I wanted for vacation.  The sandals only come in half sizes and I had no idea what size to get but I really wanted this one color that ZBsports carried.  I called customer service because I checked reviews on other websites to try to see what size would be most appropriate and still had no idea.  The ZBsports customer service girl came up with an awesome idea and asked me to sketch an outline of my foot and they would put it on the sandal to see what size looked best.  What a creative and imaginative idea; so I did just that and emailed the scan of the sketched foot to ZBsports and they compared it and told me what size they recommeded.  I received the sandals about a week later and they fit perefectly; just in time for my vacation.  I felt compelled to write a review of ZBsports.com for going the extra mile.
