Cancled and sent back products and still being charged from my debt. card

I order the Meaninful beauty Cindy Crawford products on 05/18/11 by phone from tv ad. After recieving my finances changed drastically so I sent products back and cancelled so no other shipments would be sent. you sent another shipment 06/13/11 which i sent back and my visa debt card has been charged 05/19/11, 06/21/11, 07/19/11. Would you PLEASE take care of this, I am 70yrs old and on fixed income and my cost for living is seriously in trouble

    Dispute unauthorized charges made after you cancelled directly through your bank, and close your account due to fraud to prevent additional frauduolent charges.  Your bank can reverse disputed charges if you notify them within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, under FRB Reg. E.

    I was told by my bank that they could not stop paying a credit or debit card "authorized charge", even though I said I never authorized the charges. It was suggested that my only remedy was to cancel the card and get a new account. With all the automatic payments I have set up, that is not an attractive option. I never received the first package and could not find a valid telephone number or email address to report it, and UPS could not give me the address or telephone number of the sender for me to report the non-delivery. I sent back a second package and was credited. A third package has been charged to my account this week, although I haven't even gotten a package that I can send back. What is the FB... which you quoted? If there is some federal law that addresses the issue of unauthorized and unwanted charges I would love to know it.

      I had the same experience ...an unauthorized shipment that debited my accout   89.84  dollars

      Now when i called I was told that it will take 4 weeks to refund the money that was debited from my account!   I should receive 97.84 in 4 weeks.  What an awful way to conduct business.  a real rip-off!

      good luck to you and I guess the lesson is never to sign up for automated delivery.

        I got ripped off by Meaningful Beauty. They send free vitamins but do not tell you you need to cancel with a different company.didnt do that so they kept coming and kept getting billed.  still being billed what a scam

    I ordered the product and was told i would be charged the 49.99 plus shipping every three months and instead was billed in November with i ordered it and 3 weeks later again. I cancelled the account and asked them to stop all orders and they billed me again and for product they never sent me. Its a rip off. three weeks later i am still disputing with my credit card company.

    i am also being billed 3 weekslater when it was supposed to be taken care of when i ordered the product i was not satisfied canceled and they said they woulod take 4 6 weeks to reimburse me. but they take your money right away but cant reimburse for 6 weeks i think that is not fair they get there money and we have to wait  this isnt fair

    I sent back the package of this product, because I change my mind on keeping your product. I see other people are having same issue on returns and credits for their money. I want my return credited to my account now.  I guess I will contact the better business bureau on this matter. Anyone reading this should not deal with this company.

    I sent my order back the first of jan but you still charge my visa card. I want the order cancled and credit for $46.65 thank you very much for the chance of usein the product. The eye product make my eyes burn alot but thanks again.

    I have the same issue. I bought this for my Mother and what a crap. I am still waiting for my money it has been 10 weeks. This is ridicules


    I wonder if Tony Robins is using this cheap carp product. I also heard from someone else that Cindy actually uses a different product because this one sucks

    I am having the same trouble with this company.  I wonder if Cindy Crawford is aware of the way this company is being handled.  I am from Canada and will never buy from the United States again.  I would hate to think that she is aware of this sleaziness.

    I bought one of the product (a beginners kit) for my mom, I was satisfied. But 3 months later they sent me a new one 3 months later & now they are charging me $128.84. I thought they it was free I don't have a credit & I need to tell them to stop sending me more & I also need to cancel them. I already paid 39.99 for the beginners kit why should I pay for the second shipment..

    Same thing here - I am angry as I sent back the shipment as soon as I cancelled - and 2-1/2 weeks later they hit my back account with the amount of teh shipment that I had returned!  Insane.  When you ask for help, you can almost hear them shrug their shoulders - my face broke out as soon as I started using the product, went to my dematologist and he said get that crap off of your face!  I quote.  He is not a fan.  So today when they hit my account, it overdrew that account as I never expected it to go through due to cancelling and returning the kit.  I will never again sign up for one of these things - once you give them your account number you are at their mercy to do whatever they want!

    Lori exact same thing face broke out had to go to a dermatologist. When I call the company told me she had to transfer me to someone about the breakout that line was busy called me back 24 hours later. Ask for my dermatologist name HIPPA laws! They keep deducting from my account after I cancelled but before I even received the shipment that I already cancelled. Still waiting for credit. I am reporting them to the better business bureau

    I just got charged $49 after canceling ALL orders. I'm pretty sure it's a scam. Cindy Crawford should be ashamed to put her name of this product. They told me I can pay to return product then they will refund in 4-6 weeks minus shipping. That's so wrong!  I'm charged and have to pay to get my money back!!! Unreal! Im contacting better business and posting warnings on twitter and Facebook!!!

    Same here, i ordered this product, and i cancelled it right away, however it still charged on my credit card twice, so i dispute the charges and cancel my card, however, now they are sending me a bill for payments of $ 139, and send it to the debt collector, don't know what i should do now, HELP ...  Should never never buy this product and have my infor on their database.

    Same as all of the other posts I ordered the starter kit at $49.95 for 30 days and then was sent the 90 day kit which I did not order and now the bill went from $49.95 to $157.00 what happened here. I called and was told by a supervisor Rob that's to bad you have to pay for it. I hope Cindy Crawford is reading these posts I'm sure she would be horrified to have her name attached to this product. There are more complaints about the customer service than the products. I have not read one good review about meaningful beauty. I had to cancel my credit card so I'm not charged again like the other reviews and I'm sending back the product. beware of the customer service here and what you are getting yourself into.

    I ordered last November, 2014 the 5 piece starter kit with free gift for a one time purchase coz I am going back to the Philippines for cad49.95.

    To my surprise, I was billed nov 20, 2014 cad 72.43, Dec 18 cad49.95, Jan 15, 2015 cad49.95, Feb 12 cad87.36 and Mar 12, 2015 cad49.95. Shame on me because I only found out last week of the charges coz my office is the one paying my credit card and did not check at all.

    Now I am looking for an email address to lodge my complain.  Anybody, pls give me their email address.

    Thank you>  they should be stopped victimizing people
