Using Albany Number & Name

My wife called back Pattie Signature 229-255-3006 after receiving a call thinking it was someone she knew because it had a female voice and left a message Oct 4 about 4:00 p.m. I received a call from the same name that day at 8:10 p.m. but it was a male saying I was on a list saying I owned a timeshare.  I informed him I do not own a timeshare and take me off their list and do not call us again. Question I have is someone phishing some else telephone to sale timeshares? or does someone have a time share set up in our name. This is a second time this has happened.  I am unsure if these are the same person(s)
