i have waited for 10 weeks now for 2 transaction totaling 3800 and my rep nigel has just quit replying to email phone calls nothing i was asked to follow some instuctions how ever after following them now when i try and log on using my email address the screen goes black no options this is a new thing i dont know what to do thinking of turning it over to my att

    I paid  a total of $ 10,000 last year for  asphalt driveway work which was TO INCLUDE A LEVEL AREA FOR MY CHILDRENS 15 FT X 15 FT  POOL.It was to be handrolled &   leveled.It was not level  so uneven my wife had to keep trying to find level spot in main drive by  herself  because I HAVE CEREBRAL PALSY  & AM DISABLED & which meant  emptying pool &  moving it 6 xs which put major holes in pool .I called George Branton  alot of times no response last summer .We kept emailing him to no avail until 3 weeks ago my Stepson who is a contracter came out to use somne sand we aquired to try to level it out  even with the sand there was no way to level it out.He went off in phone calls to Branton etc they came out dropped off Asphalt Millings &  said will call when we are coming over.They never called showed up 7am when everyone was asleep to avoid us they had moved current pool & slide it back over their sloppy work.They  mixed in our sand which they should have asked.It was STILL WAY UN EVEN.PLUS WE PAID FOR ASPHALT NOT MILLINGS.My son had to get a friend to help to redistribute millings to try to level it still uneven .So my children still have no pool to get into & it is now going into Aug 1 year later
    The guys trucks & trailers all have out of State tags now what does that say about this fool
    Was told by other contractors that the $10,000 was over charged by $ 3,000-4,000

      This matter has been resolved and should be removed. Mr Jefferes had a problem and has been taken care of. I would appreciate if this would be taken down.
