NEVER EVER ENGAGE AGARWAL PACKERS AND MOVERS---WORST OF THE LOT
I had availed of Agarwal Movers and Packers for the transportation of my household stuff from Mumbai to Kolkata as they were regarded as the better “relocators”.
Unfortunately, I have had a very tough time with these relocators and they are probably the worst of the lot and one should never engage their services—the worst service ever with irresponsible and rude staff that seem to have no courtesy towards the clients.
I was assured of my stuff being transported within 10-15 days from Mumbai and it has been over 40 days but there seems to be no trace of the goods. Besides, the company has not even bothered to get in touch and convey the same. Whenever I have tried to ask them, the concerned person at +91-98202-31361 has been very rude and impolite to the extent of telling me “the stuff will come on its own, please wait, it’s in transit and we can’t do much about it”.
The customer service on their part has been very shoddy to say the least. The client-facing people have no sense of how one should speak to clients and talk with loud voices in the most impolite and rude fashion.
They always seem to have 1,000 excuses ready to defend the delay in the shipment. Besides, things like 1) we can’t get in touch with the driver concerned, 2) the truck carrying the shipment has broken down and repairs will take a few days, 3) we have lost the L/R copy and hence please give us your address once again.
They even don’t seem to be worried or slightly affected by threats of complaints, etc. On being asked to give the contact details of senior management, the same has been rudely refused saying “you can do whatever you feel like”
It seems they don’t feel any sense of responsibility or accountability for the consignment handed over to them and once they have collected the shipment and the payment, they feel the job is over. The customer care representatives have no feeling of remorse or whatsoever and instead of being apologetic they sound like goons with lour voices not even feeling ashamed to raise it further and shout at the customers.
My simple point—is there any way to govern the services of these cheats who are taking customers for a ride? Is there any forum to address these concerns? These kind of service providers should be stripped of their licenses. We as customers after having surrendered our consignment and having paid them for the same feel helpless.
You guys don’t deserve any ISO certification at all.
