My mother and father are small business owners who do use the internet to operate their business. My father received a tele-marketing telephone call from a yellowpages.com representative offering to provide services and the benefits of being listed with his orgaziation. Yellowpages.com recordsed conversation and uses part of the conversation to say that you agreed to their services which is totally unture. They ask successive questions and any response (doesn't have to be yes) they use as an affairmed that you agree to their services and bill you. Their hook is to harass and threaten to ruin your credit and good standing to get you to pay them. An honest company with nothing to hide would require payment upfront before any goods are services are provided. Scam artists is what they are!

They routinely doctor recordings to fake "agreement".
File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov
If you receive any fraudulent invoices through the U.S. Mail, file mail fraud complaints with the U.S. Postal Inspector.
If contacted by a sleazy NJ debt collector, file fraud complaints agaisnt it, including with the New Jersey Attorney General.
