Refund of amount charged in Aug.& Sept 2016,Discontinuing Hangama service.

On 10/09/2016 i have call on 1800-209-7010 for several times for discontinue of hangama but no one executive pickup my phone,than i rushed to BSNL local Office on 20/9/2016 for Help.On 20/09/2016 they drop up email to Hangama.Today when i called 1800-209-7010 they advice me that your hangama was dis-activated from 20/09/2016.I have not used the service and still i have to pay the charges.The staff who has started the service on my phone never informed me regarding any charges,she said the charges will apply only you use it.Also as per my knowledge I have not said the staff to activate it.
Please look into the matter and arrange for refund of charges which are charged to me without using your service and please instruct the staff to explain the scheme properly.
