Handling charge issue-Owner/President of Point Blanks Plus Envolpe Inc not wiling to help

This company I've been doing business for over 5years and recently found out they added some BS handling charge to invoices. So I complained to the owner/president of the company but he just said it's their company policy to add handling charge. But there was not such a charge for the first 2 years. He said he doesn't have that old records so can't say anything about it.
