Auto dialing phone harassment

Calls from what seems like official Google employees saying they can get me ranked higher in Google. Or something along the lines of "your company is not found in the top pages of the search engines, call us back to find out what is wrong"

Shady tactics especially since I don't even own a company. Anyways I'll try to get the name of the companies that are promoting this.
