Airtel 3G slow internet speed

My airtel 3 g dongle number,which is victimized is 7738628234
As I said it is a airtel 3g dongle which I am using for past 2 months,
I have bought a top up recharge of rs. 1500 for 10 gb download,
I am getting only up to 10 - 80 kbps speed where as 2 weeks before that I was getting speeds up to 1 to 2.8 mbps.
I was highly satisfied with airtel services, but now it is way below even 2g internet speeds.
