File a complaint with BBB, indicating that they are continuing to harass you with sales calls after you requested numerous times that they cease calling.

I filed a complaint with the BBB because I was getting three calls a day for about a month and once the BBB got a hold of it, the calls stopped.

I had ordered a new service package that included a land-line , which i did not really want but was 30 bucks cheaper and after thinking about it a few days decided to keep what i had i did not want a land line. So I canceled the new contract before they could install the new phone jig. Charter has been calling my cell 6 times a day a few time i tell them not interested. I also think its the same jerk who sold me the new package. Now they tell me I need to tell them why I canceled. I just found out its illegal for them to call cell phones.

We moved 3 weeks ago and every day since we moved to this address we have received at least 2 calls a day from Charter pressuring us to get their cable.  After requesting for our number to be removed, we now get a call with their info and a number to get their service.  No live person comes on so again .. this is harassment.

I had to block their calls recently because they called 4 times a day.  They will call an hour apart.  They call despite being asked two days in a row not to call.  You would think at first that you hadn't paid your bill or something was wrong but they are relentless.  So...block them.  Press *60 on your phone to engage the service and then follow the prompts.

I got harassment from Charter communication. They called me almost everyday to offer me services. I refused that I got what I need and I told them do not call me again. Later they keep calling me while I was on the job or at home. I do not know how to stop them. I like their internet service because it runs fast; that why I do not want to disconnect and besides, if I disconnected I believe they still call me for services. I think they harassing customers too much. If any communication having the same speed as they do I will switch right away

We got smarter and ditched Charter. Went to Direct TV and glad we did. better service and more channels less cost. Had Charter disconnect service on the same day that Direct installed the system. Went to the local office to turn in the boxes. there were about 10 or so in line to do the same thing. One came in to get Charter and after talking to some of us in line he left along with several others. Direct TV came back the next day to check the installation and who came by to sell us some services? You guessed it, Charter, the Direct TV installer was already in the driveway. Do not give Direct TV access to your checking account or charge to a credit card, or anyone for that matter. Have them send you a bill each month.

I have Charter internet services for two homes and two businesses. About two weeks ago, I started receiving numerous calls per day from a number I didn't recognize. This past Saturday, I picked up to see who it was, and it was Charter calling to sell me more of their services. I explained to the representative that the calls had been very annoying to me over the past couple of weeks and that I was not interested in their services. The representative said I would no longer receive calls from them, but today at work (Monday, two days later) they have called me twice. I answered and explained that I should not be receiving calls from them. He said the representative I spoke to on Saturday should not have told me that; she had not done her job correctly. He insisted that I would receive calls for 45 more days. I am appalled that a company who has made contact with a customer would continue to harass them. I think it's time to ditch Charter for all of my services. I am amazed.

I have had to block two numbers charter uses to call my cell phone because I have a pending service call.  They call twice a day to ask if I still want to keep the appointment.  It doesn't do any good to respond to these automated calls.  They keep calling back.  If I decide to cancel the appointment, I will call them.  Until then, they can assume things are still not working, and I certainly still want the service person to keep the appointment!

Thanks to call rejection on the cell phone, I now have both of those numbers blocked.  Geeze.  Get a grip, charter!

I have charter. But just today I started getting calls back to back since 10am. They are still calling back to back. My voicemail is full from their messages. Wich is nothing on voicemail. It stays quiet. Complained and they said will add me on do not disturb call. But am still receiving calls from 1800-314-7195 and 1877-394-8890. Very annoying. Had to block their calls.
