non delivery after booking

usually it takes nearly 25 days for them to deliver a cylinder after booking.this month i booked for a cylinder on 18.3.2010. but din get it till date.the lady who picked up the phone told that the supply has already gone.but i din recieve my cylinder.this problem is taking place for the past two years.they are supplying our cylinder to some other person.i also made a complain to the dealer but is of no use.this is an offence.i kindly request you to look after this problem.

    in Koraput dist. of Odisha, Mutyalama gas agency is harassing the consumers. The delivery boys' behaviour is very rough. They are not delivering the cylinders in time as a result the consumers are facing lots of problem. They say your home is far away from our godown, so you have to collect it from the store itself, but the fact is my home is about 1.5 km away from their godown. The delivery boys are very arrogant, their behaviour is intolerable. almost all the consumers are very dissatisfied with the service of the delivery boys and the behaviour of the proprietor is also not good. So please do something as the gas agency is harssing the cosumers. Furthermore, for delivering cylinders at home, the delivery boys are demanding Rs. 15/- from each consumer. Please do something to sort out this problem.
