One AC faulty and ane installation pending...................

I bought two samsung AC's(one window and one Split) on 15-May-2010. Both were delivered on 16-May-2010. The compressor of window AC beame faulty within two days. I've registered the complaint with your customer complaint. The BP No. for the same is 8415044563. and the same complaint was registered with Vijay Sales the BP no. for the same is 1005D211875. Plz look into it and replace my window AC ASAP.

Insatallation of my split AC is still pending. the request was given on monday by Vijay sales and i registered the request on tuesday i.e. 18-May-2010. BP no. for the same is 8415015476. As per the commitment from your executive my AC should have been installed latest by yesterday only but it is still pending. Plz make sure that the AC is isntalled by tomorroe otherwise i'll return the AC to Vijay Sales tomorrow. Such a bad experience was not expected from a reputed company like Samsung. This is for the last time i've purchased any Samsung manufactured product......
