Illegal phone call

Received call from this number from Stridecare Medical about a "past due" bill and to pay promptly. My complaint is the bill just arrived in mail about 1 week ago. This is after my insurance has paid their portion on a procedure about 2 months ago. Therefore the bill is *not* past due.
By law you have at least 30 days to pay any bills from the statement date..
