Sir,
Last month on 21-03-2016 i put a mail to Unsubscribe this Hungama music movie games on demand option from my broadband service but till now it has not been unsubscribe from my BB service.Even this month also i have recieved Bsnl bill with charges for Rs.489/- for this hungama i have not opted for this service it has been provided to my BB line without my consent.Please unsubscribe it immediately and refund my money.My Phone no-044-24747916,name-P S Venkatasubramaniam,Bill no-502452322
i will not pay the bill untill i receive mail form your end.
