Fraudulent banking Laws

Hi, I was deemed disabled when I had a stroke going back about two years ago and received Social Security. I am writing this for those who are disabled and maybe can't move around as much as they could or because of their disability, can't get to a bank to get direct deposit. Getting back to my original story was that when I received my Social Security, I had dialed the 800 number for social security, which is 800-772-1213.. that is for all issues concerning social security. Well, when I dialed their number on the recording it stated that you could get a direct depost account instead of having your check mailed. I decided to have this done to the bank that was stated. I then found out that i was getting these strange charges on my debit/credit card. I tried to call the bank that was on the top right corner of the card called Comerica Bank. I went to tell them that there was an incorrect charge on my card and to remove it. I then found out that this bank wasn't even holding my money. Can you imagine that one? Here I was calling the Social Security Administration a Federal Department and part of the Government. One would think that if there is a recording of a banking method of direct depost, one would think that if it is on social security's line, then all is good. Unfortunately, not only did the bank tell me that they weren't holding my money in their bank, they were very hesitant by the way.. They told me that they made the cards, in other words, they just made the cards themselves. They weren't even holding my money. I thought to myself, that I wished that I worked for the Federal Government, because this was definitely a case for the Whistleblower Law. Not only did it state that there was a bank listed on the card, it also had the Master card logo on it.. Well, trying to make a long story short here. For those who want to have direct deposit, if they have social security, get a real bank.. Yes, Comerica is a real bank, but the card that they give you is a preloaded card... They don't tell you that.. No contract written about it.. nothing... and the name Direct Express was a company who got a bid regarding the holdings of social security from the dept. of the treasury. Here one thinks that thier money is safe, and to find out that you have a card that is already preloaded??? What about people who are very sick with Alzheimer's etc??? What kind of crap is that??? And the Government allowed this? That was the Bush Administration.. And go figure, where is the bank located, that isn't holding the money, but got the bid to make these cards.. It is located in Austin, Texas.. I have never heard of anything like that in my life. This is a definite scam. I've called the Inspector General, etc.. but if there is anyone out there who works for the Federal Government and wants to file a case on this.. go for it.. under the whistle blower Law.. Direct Express is a telemarketing, third party company, that does nothing for you, if someone steals your card, never gives you back any money.. never gives you statements and charges you for everything you ask for.. I thought that Bank of America was bad, but at least your money is being held in that bank. Comerica isn't even holding our social security benefits in their bank... Has anyone heard of such a thing? I have never in my life.. Boy, I knew Bush was a pretty dumb president, but something like this, and ripping people off who are disabled?? Something should be done...
