how to deactivate unkonow packages

i am uses mobily Sim for internet using usb dongle my problem is that i load a card yesterday night and previous night of 20 Sr before this i dial a wrong code for balance inquire and some package is activated i don't know what package after that when card is load its automatically finished all the my credit at ones 10 Sr so please please please help me out and make me way to deactivate all the packages accept internet package.
