I ordered a diamond z4 ring for my mother online. and after I finished the order I kept getting asked to buy more stuff at that point I felt like something was weird. So I called the customer service number and the rep name SANDRA kept offering me free $50. I kept telling her I did not want her $50 and that all I wanted was to cancel my order she kept saying she was not able to help me because she dosnt have that information. and kept offering me the $50. I had to be a little rude to her, so I asked her to speak to a supervisor and again her response was I don't have that information would u like $50. I was so upset at this point, I told her I was going to report this company as being fraud. So after I hung up I called my credit card company and they were able to stop the charge. Please No one try to buy from this company Its a fraud

They use the initial order as an opportunity to pitch some worthless "discount membership" or "gift card", without clearly disclosing what it's going to cost. They try to get the consumer to say something that can be recorded and passed off as an "agreement" to what will become additional charges, even when the consumer doesn't want this scam "product", and they haven't clearly disclosed the charges or terms. Since they already have your card or checking account information, they can run through charges without you actually providing any more information, so they just keep "hard selling" you until you say something they can claim as an "agreement" for the charges.
As you found, it really doesn't matter what you say, they can run through the charges anyway, and if you don't catch it and dispute it in time, they get your money. If you do, it was just a "mistake".
It's a cramming scam.
Be sure to block your card number, or they may try again when they think you aren't looking.
