IRREGULARITY IN CASH TRANSACTION
Dear Sir,
1. It is to intimate that I took the privilege of acquiring a Aquaguard (Infinity WP System-1224103016091732) against Order No 186029325 after paying an amount of Rs.9590/= (Rupees None thousand five hundred ninety only) in cash.
2. Item was delivered and total cash collected by your representative Shri Prashant Kumar Behera (CSS Code-9024308) on 03 May 11.
3. On receipt of Tax invoice (NO:1861100446 Dtd 03 May 11) it is revealed that an amount of Rs.8590/= (Rupees Eight thousand five hundred ninety only) has been shown as having receipt against purchase of said goods which is contrary to the amount actually paid through invoice / calculation sheet handed over to me at the time of delivery.
4. The matter has been communicated to your representative but of no response. It was also communicated to manager Cuttack (Odisha) through telephone 0671/2312730 but no one finds to be responsible to resolve the issue.
5. An early action is anticipated to regularize the issue.
