I get multiple calls for a variety of individuals at my home number. I've had the number for years. I try to contact the 'agency' but am never able to get through due to 'full mailbox'.

I just want the harassment to stop.

    This is just a scam run by Indian swindlers.
    Stop wasting your time calling them back.  
    It only makes them think you are a sucker.

    They will keep harassing you as long as they think they can extort you.
    Stop treating them like a collection agency, and treat them like the criminals they are.

    Cuss them out, tell them the FBI is recording them, or just keep hanging up.
    Or change your number.
    Any of those will send the right message.
