This company called me almost daily at strange hours. When I answered the phone, they would hang up. One night, I was sitting next to the phone and answered it before the first ring ended. A guy said he was from Oto Inc. Security and asked me if I wanted a free security system in my house. I told him, "NO" and not to call me anymore. A week went by with no calls from them. Then, I left for San Francisco. While there, I got a call from a neighbor telling me, my place had been broken into. I was robbed of many things. This was last week. Today, I received another call from them (503) 457-1274. The caller ID, just said, "Security". Coincidence?

    Complaints here report the number is used by a telemarketer pitching security systems as well as other products, and that they routinely violate the Do Not Call laws.  Security systems in these offers are never "free", as the costs is built into the contract, which may be 1 to several years with trick renewal clauses.

    Sounds like you are concerned the calls were used to case your house by determining what hours you were there, and to determine if you had an alarm system.

    Probably not related since complaints appear typical for this type of telemarketing, unless some crook had the bright idea of "robocasing" to sell "burglary leads".
