I ordered on march 26th and have been billed to my capitl one card. i've sent several e-mails and have asked for help regarding this matter----nothing!!!!! I was given a code that doesnt work(TGSQ2-P2PAD-WY23Q-A2HGK) Now i want my 75.63 crdited back to my card

    I ordered on June 13, 2012 a 3year subscription renewal on my American Express and my American Express Card was charged $129.95 that month.  My activation code is :4HU86-46Y6U-28WMT-XB41V
    My total charges for this transaction was $189.85.  I need this service activated ASAP or return my money.  I would like this service however so please assist me in this matter and stop sending me "no service" / "renew" pop up on my computer screen!!
