Hotwire won't refund my money

Hotwire really sucks My wife had an accident and we needed to rent a car and I used Hotwire to find a car and I booked it and on our way down there our insurance company called us and said that we needed to use Enterprise since they would be paying for it. So I went back on  Hotwire to cancel the rental and there was no way to cancel it they charged my card for a 14 day rental and won't refund my money, so since its been over 24 hours I can't go ahead and get the car that I am paying for for 14 days. Stay away from Hotwire like the Plague. Use Expedia they rock
