refuse to cancel order

I cancelled a magazine order 5 min. I realized it was the wrong mag. tried to call these bandits up, but they no longer have a phone.emailed them 3 times, to make sure it was cancelled=no response..3 days later the charge appears on my credit card...called cc company, and they said they would take care of it....DO NOT deal with these unresponsive scam artists.
