delivery of welcome kit nd date of depositing fees!

madam, i wish to inform you that i anil tripathi REG.NO:200859394 applied for pgdba course, as i sent DD for registration nd filled form wid required certificates to SCDL ON DATE 15/07/08 THRU BLUE DART COURIER NO: 12126401626. since last date of depositing first instalment of course fee was 19/07/08 nd i got my welcome kit wid I-CARD today only on 17/08/08, but on envelop which contained welcome kit, date of despatch was stamped as 14/07/08 which is one day before i sent my completed form wid one dd for registration.now when i will deposit my first installment course fees? till which date? nd plz look into this matter as soon as possible looking forward for ur cooperation.waiting for ur reply.
