I bought a TV on May after a month I found out a crack inside and no picture, audio is fine, called the Peach direct the company I bought it through, they told me to call Phillips, called them , they gave me a local store # to call, finally some one came from the store, took the TV and deliver a new TV on the end of August, was fine after a week or so had the same problem called Phillips, they told me to call the local store, some one came took a picture, they told me to call Phillips, called today, they are telling me now in not under warranty, and I have to talk to the consumer division.I paid so much money , brand new TV ,can not watch, in the mean time 6 months already is gone. Need help. Please help me. Thank you.
