I got ticket from Turkish Airline through CheapOair.ca for the round trip Toronto -Ashgabat to travel to my home country of Turkmenistan to visit my sick elder sister on Monday January 16. 2017. CheapOair Booking: 37888327, and it is booked on October 1. 2016. Airline Confirmation is SWM2V7.
Unfortunately, 3 weeks ago (in the middle of December 2016), I have received a bad news about the death of my elder sister that completely shocked me. I have Atrial Fibrillation ( irregular heartbeat), Chronicle High Blood Pressure, Cardiac Ischemia with Trigeminal Neuralgia ( neurological pain in face), and etc. Upon hearing the death news of my sick elder sister my health situation inadequately worsened and I have been advised not to travel at this time. And I cancelled my flight.
Turkish Airline confirmed that they will refund nearly $ 1200 to me. I sent them my request letter including Medical Note regarding to my heath situation on Monday December 9. 2017, and I asked for complete refund of my payment. They promised to review and inform me about their decision next week.
I ask CheapOair travel agency too for the free of charge cancellation and complete refund of my payment. I am asking for the refund of $ 200 that your travel agency charged to the credit card of my cousin Mr. Riza F. (Contact phone: 416 -858 -2004) who paid for my ticket.

This is to confirm that Mrs' Durdiyeva, Durzada has been my patient for the past 2 years' She suffers from several medical and cardiac
conditions, including atrial fibrillation, hypertension, cardiac ischemia with trigeminal neuralgia and irregular heartbeat, chest pain and pain in the face.
To my knowledge she was planning to visit her sick sister in her home country (Turkmenistan) on 16 January 2017, but unfortunately after she made such arrangements, she received 3 weeks ago a bad news of the death of her sister. This shocking news made her conditions much worse and was advised against travelling at this time.
