I do not have a card issued by this company and they call up to a dozen times a day.  They call from multiple phone numbers such as 913-563-5509, 913-563-5523, 614-729-6041, 614-729-6811, 614-729-6035. I just want it to stop and my number is already on the do not call list.  How can I make them stop?

    Same thing:  they call me every 30 minutes.   Somebody is going to get hurt if this keeps up.

    I am starting to get phone calls, about 3 a day, from this company. I do not have a credit card with this company and I am going to report them to the police if I keep getting these calls. This is known as harassment.

    I get calls every 6 months after my # is so called off the list. This has gone on for several years. I have no dealings with this bank. I am sick and tired of this crap. Legal action will be initiated if I receive one more call from them.

    I am having the same issue, I have ONE credit card with them, Victoria Secret, a small balance which I've paid on, but the calls are coming in like I owe them thousands and they do not leave a message, the first call starts at 8am on the dot, EVEN ON SUNDAYS...and it's every half hour until 7pm, I don't answer calls that I don't recognize but heck at this point since they call so much I'm recognizing and I don't answer, too many scammers out there even with cell phone numbers.  Frankly, there should be a class action suit or something like it filed against this entity, it's nonsense!!

    For all you people getting harrassed by this, or "ANY" number,
    if you have dealt with harrassing solicitors and scammers telling you:
    "Your car's waranty may be about to expire"......
    "This is the Census Bureau, we need further information".....
    (or whatever the latest round of annoying B.S. is)
    HERE ARE SOME "OTHER" NUMBERS THAT MAY HELP:

    ANNOYANCE CALL BUREAU:   800-236-5688      (7:30-3:00 PST)

    FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION:   877-382-4357

    NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY:   888-382-1222

    Take a few days, make a list of HOW MANY TIMES, and THE TIMES OF DAY they call.
    List ANY and ALL "versions" of the number calling you. (sometimes multiple extension #'s)
    After gathering your information together, CALL AND LODGE YOUR COMPLAINTS!!

     After filing with the annoyance call bureau, OR the do not call registry
    (don't remember which one) the offending party has 30 days to STOP calling you!!
    IF THEY CONTINUE TO DUE SO AFTER THE 30 DAY DEADLINE, AND YOU CAN
    PROVE 3 OFFENSES, YOU COULD BE AWARDED A CASH SETTLEMENT FOR
    THE HARRASSMENT, UP TO $10,000.  (CHA-CHING!!)   ........It's the LAW.
     Call the Federal Trade Commission and REPORT THE OFFENDING NUMBER!!
    More often that not, you will NOT be the first one to call, and may find that they are
    already gathering information on the offending solicitors for a legal case against them.
    File your complaints, and then put a pad of paper by the answering machine.
    Keep a running log of the dates & times of ALL calls.
    Wait 30 days, and then DARE these idiots to keep calling you back!!

    Keep these numbers handy to deter future solicitors who may harrass you.
    It is the fastest way to get these idiots to stop, AND GET THEM IN TROUBLE!!
