They called and called and called and called, so I finally answered.  We will send you info on grants, you just need to give us your credit card for the $2.95 S/H, so I told her that was not free and she could call back tomorrow because it sounded fishy to me. She was a foreigner and did not understand our slang so I knew something wrong. I told her to call back tomorrow and I would be checking them out, boy, am I glad I did, whew!!!!

    They are running a scam.

They get your credit card number "for shipping and handling" on their "free" offer, then they use it to pile on additional charges.

When they ask any question that is a Yes or No answer don't answer them. Keep on asking who they are. Don't ever give these people who you don't know your personal information. Usually when they are reluctant to give you information on their company and other information pertaining to the company or who they are don't answer their questions. If you don't recognize the number don't answer.
