They advertise try this cream for only shipping and handing, then they keep charging your account over and over again.
What a scam, the first thing it should be said is the you are going to be charge if you don't cancel. I never thought twice the cream is not even any good. I can go to Macy and buy a whole set of skin care for $65.00 and it's great. Please people out there this company is totally a scam don't buy it you will regret it. I just call my credit card company to let them know that I will disputing these charges wow! If I was not checking the charges on my credit card this would continue thank God I don't use this credit card that often. I will be calling this Monday to tell them exactly what I'm writing to you.

    I cannot find an address where to send this cream back to them.  Any ideas - there telephone number is in Pacific time.
    any help will be appreciated

    Maria, I had the same problem. You need to call them at 866-557-3404 , be certain to get the agent number that picks up the phone. Tell them the situation and they will send you, via email, a return authorization along with the address where to send the product back.  They will try to tell you that the offer indicated that if you didn't like the product, you needed to call them within 14 days to advise them not to continue to send (in the very small print).  Tell whoever you get on the phone that if you can't return the product to them, you want to talk to their manager and don't back down. They are very, very persistent but when I told my agent that I wanted his manager, I got what I wanted.

    When I sent for the 30day FREE trial, I got to the end and did not put my billing info on it because I was concerned that they would continue to send it to me.  They sent it anyway and billed me $89 .92. How did they get my billing info? After I called them they agreed to refund $60 of my money and to be sure they will not send anymore,. Just be very careful if you order anything from this company!  It is definitely a product SCAM
