Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and block that credit card number due to fraud to prevent additional future fraudulent charges. Follow up with a written dispte to your bank, referencing the date of your first bank notification, to best preserve your FCBA dispute rights. Your bank can reverse unauthorized charges appearing on statements with statement dates up to 60 days before you notify your bank.
If this doesn't get a full refund, file a fraud complaint with BBB for the balance.
"Discount club" companies are currently under investigation by the New York Attorney General, and the Senate Commerce Committee has held recent hearings investigating their unauthorized charging.
