Rogers, has to be the worse customer service company I have ever encountered. I have had my wife's cell phone with them for over 20 years! The most recent phone was purchased 8 months ago. The phone is a NOKIA, and although I fully understand that Rogers does not make the phones and they are warranted by the manufacturer. I believe Rogers has a big responsibility in ensuring uninterrupted service. The Rogers dealer sent my wife's phone in for repair, told her that he doesn't have a loaner to give her, and the repair will only take 2 weeks tops. The repair took over 8 weeks, Rogers sent their billing as usual, in spite of not having a phone, and 4 weeks later after its return the phone is not working again. After visiting the Rogers store today, I was told that they can't send it in for repair today because their system is down. So now I have to come back, and waste more of my valuable time, because of their system. They still can't provide me a loaner because they don't have one, but they can send me to a location that does (which happens to be about 30 km. out of my way). They can't give me another new phone because of course "This is the one I bought". What kind of company stays in business doing this? I am a business operator and I know that customer service take precedence over everything else if we wish to survive. Needless to say, I will be canceling with Rogers, and I know that will be a tall feat as I have not yet begun to try. I am sure there will be penalties, and offers thrown my way to stay on and save all the charges. At this point I am so fed up with them and the service they provide that they could make me CEO and I would refuse to stay with this company. They are horrible, don't respect customers, don't care about frustrating people and to top it all off arrogant. I have another provider that I use for my business and they are much better when it comes to customer service. I don't want to mention who they are, only not to sound that I am promoting them. Trust me, however, there are far better companies than Rogers out there!
