I HAVE BOOKED 1 PHILLIPS HOME THEATRE WITH FREE GIFTS (HOLIDAY PACKAGE FOR 2 + WATCH + 1 SET OF PURE DIAMONDS-10 CENTS, FROM ANAIRA JWELLERS)& FOR WHICH I PAID 7598/-+899/- THROUGH ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD ON 16/10/2010.
ON 23/10/2010, AGAIN I BOOKED 1 SAMSUNG MOVIE CAM CORDER WITH FREE GIFTS(REEBOK SHOES+HOLIDAY PACKAGE FOR 2 + 2 SET OF ASSURED DIAMOND SET - 20 CENTS) & PAID THROUGH ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD ON THE SAME DATE.
TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED BOTH THE ORDERS PLACED, IN SPITE OF SEVERAL REMINDERS. TODAY, WHEN CALLED TO THEIR ALLOTTED NO.011-40502424, THE PERSON ATTENDING TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE UPDATING THEIR DATA BASE AND I MAY CALL ON MONDAY, I.E. ON 03/12/2010.
NOW, I THINK THAT I HAVE BEEN TAKEN FOR A RIDE. I AM A MIDDLE CLASS PERSON SURVIVING ON MEAGRE SALARY, AND WILL BE RUINED IF THE ABOVE DOES NOT MATERIALISE. CAN YOU, THROUGH YOUR DEPARTMENT HELP ME RECOVER MY MONEY / OR THE ITEMS PURCHASED?
