charge on my credit card

I just opened my Visa bill and there was a charge to my card for $91.36 that I knew nothing about !!!!!   It made my card go over the balance and i was charged a $39.00 fee !!!!   This charge was on march 15, 2017........I want this taken off my card immediately.....I am showing nothing on my computer that there is a product like this on there !!!!!!    I have no account for this and I wnt my Visa card number deleted !!!!!!!
